AQA UCITS FUNDS SICAV P.L.C. – AQA Global Dynamic Strategies Fund

By means of this public announcement, the Board of Directors of the AQA UCITS FUNDS SICAV PLC (the “Scheme”), together with the AQA Capital as the Investment Manager of the Scheme, hereby announce the decision to de-notify the marketing in Italy of the AQA Global Dynamic Strategies Fund, a sub-fund of AQA UCITS SICAV PLC. The two current active classes are AQA Global Dynamic Strategies Fund Class A EUR Shares and Class B EUR Shares with ISIN MT7000018131 and MT7000033841 respectively.
