Francesca Gauci will join a panel of experts to discuss the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) during the full-day conference “Navigating the Legal Intersections of Cybersecurity, AI, DORA and Privacy”, organised by the Malta Information Technology Law Association (MITLA).

DORA is part of the EU’s Digital Finance Package (DFP) and the aim is to strengthen the financial sector’s resilience to ICT-related incidents and to introduce very specific and prescriptive requirements that are standardised across EU member states.
