ROOM FOR VOLUNTARY WORK
Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. left behind a legacy that focused on bringing people together and giving back to others. He once said, “Life's most persistent and urgent question is, 'What are you doing for others?'”. There is something truly special about being able to contribute to a greater good. For this reason we have allocated a number of working days per year for each employee to use for voluntary work, totally paid for by AQA Capital. The voluntary days are organised by AQA Capital to cover social and environmental aspects, and the employees get to choose which activities they would like to volunteer for.
ONCE YOU STOP LEARNING, YOU STOP GROWING
We promote an environment in which employees have the opportunity to develop and grow. In-house formation coupled with external training forms an integral part of our professional education. Moreover, AQA Capital provides financial support as well as paid time off from work for those employees who would like to take their studies further. The majority of our workforce have satisfactory completed their first degree, whereas numerous others have completed, or are in the process of completing, their Master’s Degrees or the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Program.
EMPLOYEE HEALTH AND WELL-BEING
AQA Capital has at heart the health and wellbeing of its employees. We offer incentives for employees to take care of their wellbeing through physical activities. In addition, our group-wide health insurance cover offers peace of mind from medical expenditures.
